GRILLED BEEF CUT

Ingredients


  • Cut of Beef (T-Bone, Cowboy, Porterhouse Steak, Tomahawk Steak, etc.)

  • 1 tablespoon ground black pepper

  • 1 tablespoon ground white pepper,

  • 1 tablespoon paprika

  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder

  • Olive oil

  • Salt to taste

  • La Matriarca" Lemon - Habanero Sauce

Instructions

  1. Mix 1 tablespoon ground black pepper, 1 tablespoon ground white pepper, 1 tablespoon paprika and 1 tablespoon garlic powder.

  2. Add olive oil and salt to taste. Let marinate.

  3. Spread marinade generously on both sides of meat, cover and let stand.

  4. Turn occasionally for up to 2 hours at room temperature.

  5. Grill directly over medium-high heat to desired doneness.

  6. Serve with "La Matriarca" Lemon-Habanero Sauce.
