The origin of a tradition
A recipe that was born from the heart
Our story began in Guadalajara, Jalisco, in 1940, when Doña Margarita Montes Rodríguez prepared her famous Original Recipe Salsa for the first time.
Made with a blend of carefully selected chilies, high- quality vinegar, and a touch of spices, their sauce soon became a local favorite.
Doña Margarita sold from door to door, sharing with her customers the secret she always repeated:
“The biggest secret in my cooking is doing it with love.”
