1. General Information

This document establishes the Terms and Conditions of use of the website www.lamatriarca.com.mx , owned by La Matriarca.
By accessing or making a purchase on this site, the user agrees to the terms described below. If you do not agree, you should refrain from using it.

2. Products and Availability

All products shown on the site are made or selected by La Matriarca.
The images are for illustrative purposes and may vary slightly from the final product.
In case of unavailability, the customer will be notified and may request a replacement of the product or the corresponding refund.

3. Prices and Payments

Prices are expressed in Mexican pesos (MXN) and include taxes.
The Matriarch reserves the right to change prices without prior notice.
Payments are made securely through Wix Payments, using credit or debit cards.
The customer agrees to provide truthful and valid information to process their purchase.

4. Shipping

Shipments are made via Estafeta throughout Mexico.
The estimated delivery time is 2 to 5 business days, depending on the destination.
Once the order has been shipped, the tracking number will be shared.
The Matriarch is not responsible for delays attributable to the parcel service or force majeure.

5. Exchanges and Returns

If the product received has damage or errors, the customer must notify within 48 hours of delivery, sending photographic evidence to contacto@lamatriarca.com.mx.
Requests for exchange or return can be made within 7 business days after delivery.
The product must retain its original packaging and show no signs of use.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the site — texts, images, logos, design and audiovisual material — is the property of La Matriarca and is protected by copyright and industrial property laws.
Total or partial reproduction is prohibited without express authorization.

7. Privacy and Personal Data

The Matriarch protects personal data in accordance with the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties.
